We are committed to full customer satisfaction. If you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason, you have 30 days from the original order date. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. Complimentary exchange shipping is only offered on defective items or items that were incorrectly sent. Only products purchased on FifthandNinth.com or through Fifth & Ninth's Instagram/Facebook Shop may be returned.
Final Sale: All Sale purchases are final. All purchases via TOPHATTER are as-is and final. Valid while supplies last. No returns or exchanges.

For US Orders Only:
To start your return, please visit our Return Center and follow the instructions. For an exchange, follow the return instructions and check the “Is this an exchange?” box on the Estimated Refund page before clicking on the “Confirm” button. Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
We usually receive returns within 7-10 business days. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment typically within 48 hours. Depending on your financial institution, you may see that refund on your credit card within 3–5 business days. If you are exchanging, then once your exchange is received we will send out your replacement within 2-3 business days. Please email email@example.com to request tracking information for your exchange.
For International Orders:
To initiate an international return please start your process at our Return Center by entering the email address you used on the original purchase. Follow the steps and once complete, please ship your items to the address displayed. At this time we do not offer exchanges on international orders and any shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend you to send your package via a trackable method.
Return Policy Within 30 Days of Delivery:
- We accept returns on full price and discounted items with the exception of final sale items.
- If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
- "Sale" items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
- Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.
- In the event an item is damaged during transit to us, we cannot process your refund. Resolving any damage disputes with the shipping carrier is the responsibility of the customer.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the return-eligible criteria above.
Terms of Service:
- Fifth & Ninth ships via UPS® or USPS® for all replacements.
- P.O. Box addresses are NOT accepted for RMA returns. You must provide us with a physical address to continue with the RMA process.
- Fifth & Ninth’s sole liability and the exclusive remedy, for any acknowledged defect(s), shall be the repair or replacement of the product in question.
- Fifth & Ninth shall NOT be liable under ANY circumstances for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost packages.
- Once the replacement is shipped, allow 5-10 business days for the item(s) to arrive.
- Fifth & Ninth is NOT responsible for return freight charges resulting from invalid or expired RMA shipments.
