After your order is placed, it will typically be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If for any reason there is an issue with your order, we will email you with more information. Please reply to any order issues promptly so that we may process your order without delay.
All purchases are subject to credit authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.
Order Cancellation and Modification
In some cases, you may receive a shipping notification followed by a cancellation notification. This can occur because shipping labels are purchased prior to order processing. It's important to note that receiving a shipment notification does not guarantee fulfillment of your order. On occasion, orders or parts of orders may be canceled by our system due to various reasons, such as:
- Item(s) not available
- Payment information processing issues
- Inability to ship to the provided address
- Duplicate orders

In situations where an item becomes unavailable, we will promptly contact you with alternative options. To ensure timely processing, we kindly request that you respond within 2 business days. If we do not receive a response within this time frame, the unavailable item or order will be canceled and refunded.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your order. We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited, with corresponding rates displayed during checkout. We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. Orders $45 and over (excluding taxes and discounts). Please note that delivery estimates are subject to change and not guaranteed. Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has shipped. We do not refund original shipping charges for packages that are returned to sender or refused for delivery at customs.
Once your order has been shipped, you can typically expect it to arrive within 3-7 business days via our standard shipping method.

Delivery locations are at the sole discretion of the delivery driver and are outside of the control of Fifth & Ninth. Once your order ships, you can visit the carrier’s tracking page to add instructions for delivery if needed; this can sometimes be done online by creating an account with the relevant carrier.

Please contact your local customs office for more information. We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

Orders Returned to Sender (US Orders Only)
In the event that your order is returned to us due to an error in the shipping address you provided, here's what you can expect:
- Address Verification: Once we receive the returned package from the carrier, we will reach out to you via email to confirm your accurate and up-to-date shipping address. Our goal is to ensure that your order reaches you without any further delivery issues.
- Re-shipment Offer: We understand that mistakes can occur during the delivery process, and we are committed to resolving these issues promptly. If your order is returned to us due to delivery problems, we are happy to offer you a one-time re-shipment at no additional cost to you.
- Response Time: To expedite the process, we kindly ask that you respond to our email within 2 business days of receiving it. This will help us ensure timely delivery of your order.
- Refund and Restocking: If we do not receive a response within the specified time frame, we will proceed with processing a refund (excluding original shipping fees) and restocking the items from your order.
- Repeat Issues: If the re-shipment is also returned to us, then we will issue a refund for your order, and you are welcome to place a new order with us.
